Dry cleaner downstream of a wet cleaning plant
In this application, the MAS dry cleaning plant's major advantage, the fact that it combines a dryer and a cleaner in a single machine, really comes to its own. Washed flakes are fed to the MAS dry cleaner downstream of the mechanical centrifuge, or at the end of the washing plant. The material is dried in an economical manner, while downstream cleaning takes place at the same time. This removes soiling which the wet cleaning plant left untouched.
- efficient drying, depending on throughput from 25 - 30% to below 3%
- a second cleaning stage integrated with required drying
